Slow Cooker Rocky Road Candy
You’ll Need
12 oz. Semi-Sweet Baking Chocolate
2 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. slivered almonds

How To
Over low heat, put the chocolate in a 2-3 quart slow cooker.
Cook covered on low for about 1 hour, stir from time to another.
Place parchment paper on baking sheets while the chocolate is melting.
After the chocolate melts, add in 2 cups of mini marshmallows.
Turn off the slow cooker and remove the insert.
Place candy onto the parchment paper with a medium cookie dough scoop. You need to top the candy immediately with silvered almonds so they can stick.
Set aside for 10 minutes before serving. You can store the candy in an airtight container if you’d like.
