Buffalo and Barbecue Chicken Wings
You’ll Need
3 lb chicken wingettes and drummettes
1 cup honey barbecue sauce
1 cup Buffalo wing sauce
Lime wedges and sliced green onions, if desired
How To
Spray the slow cooker with nonstick spray then place in the chicken.
In a small bowl, mix the barbecue sauce and Buffalo wing sauce then pour over the chicken wings and mix together.
Cook the chicken wings covered on low heat for about 3 hours.
Spray a broiler pan rack with nonstick spray then broil the chicken wings. Broil with tops of chicken 3 inches from heat for 3 to 4 minutes, turning halfway through broiling time. Don’t forget to set the oven control to broil.
Place the chicken wings in a plate and add the remaining sauce. You can garnish with lime wedges and green onions if you like.
