Meatball sandwiches are the best, every time I make them, it reminds me of Macdonald’s! These oven baked meatball sandwiches are pretty easy to make and very delicious.
You’ll Need:
Sandwich rolls (cut with one side intact).
Cooked meatballs.
Pasta sauce.
Shredded mozzarella cheese.
How to:
In a large pot, place your frozen cooked meatballs or homemade cooked meatballs and cover with pasta sauce. Fold the meatballs gently with the sauce and heat on low medium stirring occasionally until heated through.
Fill a roll with as many meatballs as you can fit and top with more pasta sauce.
In a sprayed baking sheet, place the filled sandwiches rolls closely and top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
In a preheated oven to 400 degrees, bake the sandwiches until the cheese is melted, hot and bubbly.
Easy, peasy and cheesy! If you are making these sandwiches, make sure you make them on extra because everybody will want more!
