My mother used to make us these lovely cheeseburger burritos when we were kids, I remember how good it was and now I’m sharing her recipe with you guys!

You’ll Need:

1 ½ lbs of lean ground beef.
½ cup of mustard.
½ cup of ketchup.
½ small chopped onion.
½ cup of chopped dill pickles.
1 tbsp of oil.
1 cup of chopped tomato.
1 cup of shredded yellow cheese.
6 flour tortillas.

How to:

Cook the onions and oil in a large skillet until slightly browned then add in the uncooked meat and cook through, stirring occasionally then drain.

Mix in the mustard, ketchup and diced dill pickles and simmer for 3 minutes over low heat stirring occasionally.

Turn off the heat and stir in half of the cheese.
Now, lay the tortillas out flat and scoop the meat mixture into each one. Then top with the rest of the cheese, chopped tomatoes and lettuce.
Fold in the ends and roll up the tortillas.
Simple, easy and yummy! I serve these burritos with fries and some rice! Feel free to add anything you like. Give it a shot and let me know what you think.
