The last time I made this strawberry shortcake, we fought over the last piece!

You’ll Need:

1 box of vanilla instant pudding.
1/2 cup of strawberry juice.
1 1/2 cups of nonfat milk.
1 tsp. of vanilla extract.
24 Sponge fingers.
220 g (about 1 cup) of Cool Whipped cream.
1 pound of fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced and patted dry.

How to:

Mix together the pudding, milk and vanilla in a bowl.
Beat the cream with a hand mixer, stiff peaks.
Pour the strawberry juice in a bowl and dip the sponge fingers in it then place them in the bottom of a dish.
Add half the pudding mixture you made over the ladyfingers.
Add a layer of strawberries over the pudding.
Place an other layer of the fingers dipped in strawberry juice, add on a layer of pudding then top with strawberries.
Top with whipped cream and strawberries.
Refrigerate for 4 hours at least.
Bonne appétit!
Simple, fresh and yummy! This no bake strawberry shortcake is a real delight, you should really give it a try, I’m sure you won’t get enough of it either!
