As I already said, I love no bake cookies and goodies, it’s such a delight! I shared many with you and I still have so many more under my sleeve! This oatmeal fudge cookies are from the top of the list! Check it out, I know you will love it.

You’ll Need:

3 cups of rolled oats.
1 tsp of vanilla.
1 cup of chopped nuts (optional).
½ cup of butter.
2 cups of sugar.
½ cup of evaporated milk.
½ cup of cocoa powder.

How to:

In a bowl, mix together oats, vanilla and nuts.
Over medium low heat, bring to a boil sugar, cocoa and evaporated milk while stirring and boil for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.
Add in the butter and whisk to melt.
While still hot, add the oat mixture and stir to coat.
On wax paper, drop the mixture by spoonful and let cool for 2 hours at least.
Enjoy!

Easy, peasy and yummy! These little goodies are perfect for those cravings we have for sweets! Once cooled, you can store them in airtight container in the refrigerator! Of course, if you have any left to save.
