What’s better than a fresh salad for dessert or even as a side dish? Check this mandarin orange salad out and let me know what you think.
1 package of vanilla instant pudding mix ( I use sugar free).
1 large can of crushed pineapple (undrained).
2 medium/large cans of mandarin oranges (drained).
1 package of cool whip (8 oz) ( I use fat free).
We’re not going to make the pudding, we’re using it dry! Mix the cool whip and instant vanilla pudding together and add the pineapple and both cans of mandarin oranges (save a few for decoration).
Once done with mixing and decoration, refrigerate for a couple of hours until thickened.
Simple, fresh and delicious! I usually use this mandarin orange salad as a side dish with a meal or I serve it with ice cream as a dessert!
