These gooey butter cookies are super easy to make and you can store them if you want!
Gooey butter cookies.
1 box of yellow butter cake mix.
1 stick of softened butter.
8 oz of softened cream cheese.
¼ tsp of vanilla
In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together and chill the dough until firm.
Roll the chilled dough in small balls then roll in powdered sugar.
Bake the cookies for 10 to 12 minutes in a preheated oven to 350 degrees.
Unless you want to, don’t brown the cookies!
