The beauty of chicken is that you can prepare it with so little ingredients and yet turns out to be extremely delicious! This cheesy garlic baked chicken is the easiest chicken I’ve ever made!

You’ll Need:

4 boneless skinless thin chicken breasts.
4 minced garlic cloves.
4 tbsps of brown sugar.
3 tsps of olive oil.
1 tsp of salt.
1 cup of cheese.

How to:

Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic. Turn off the heat and mix in the brown sugar and salt.

In a casserole dish lined with tin foil, place the chicken breasts and pour ¾ of the garlic mixture over it. Season with salt and pepper.

In a preheated oven to 375° bake for 30 minutes.

Add the cheese and remaining brown sugar and garlic mixture over the top 10 minutes before the chicken is cooked through.
Bonne Appétit!

Easy, peasy and sweet! The garlic and brown sugar mixture gives a unique flavor to this chicken. I love chicken when it’s sweet and salty! If you like this recipe give it a shot!
