Cheeseburger Keto Meatloaf

This cheeseburger keto meatloaf is so delicious, easy to make and enough to feed 8 hungry people!

If you are looking for a big family meal this is what you need!  Check it out.

You’ll Need:

2 pounds of raw ground beef.
2 eggs.
½ cup of grated Parmesan.
1 small diced onion.
2 tsps of salt.
1 tsp of garlic powder.
½ cup of cheddar cheese cut into cubes.

How to:

In a large bowl, mix together carefully the raw ground beef, eggs, grated parmesan, diced onion, salt and garlic powder. Don’t over mix so you won’t make the meatloaf tough. Mix in the cheese cubes.
In a lightly sprayed large oven safe dish, place the mixture and form into a meatloaf shape.
In a preheated oven to 350 degrees, bake for 1 hour.
Feel free to garnish with sugar free ketchup.

Easy, peasy and yummy! My husband loves ground beef, so I usually make this meal for the four of us and sometimes I save some leftovers for him to eat the next day! Let me know what you think.
