We have pancakes 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast. So, it’s my job to change my recipes from time to time so that my kids don’t get bored of the same thing! This morning, I made this banana pancakes with nutmeg syrup it’s was a success! Check it out.

¾ cup of milk.
2 tbsp of white vinegar.
2 tbsps of melted butter.
1 tsp of vanilla.
1 egg.
1 cup of flour.
2 tbsps of sugar.
1 sp of baking powder.
1 tsp of baking soda.
½ tsp of salt.
2 small mashed bananas.
½ cup of maple syrup.
⅛ tsp of freshly ground nutmeg.
How to:
In a bowl, mix together the vinegar and milk and set aside.
In a large bowl, mix together, the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the egg, vanilla and butter to the milk and vinegar bowl then add the mixture to the dry ingredients bowl.
Mix until incorporated then stir in the bananas.
In a small saucepan, warm the syrup and the nutmeg.
Heat the griddle on medium high heat and spray with cooking spray then pour in the batter in the size of pancakes you want. When you see bubbles starting to form and it’s golden brown, turn the pancake.
You can serve warm with the nutmeg maple syrup.
Easy, simple and yummy! These pancakes are amazing, I usually make them medium so we can have 1 or two each! Give it a try, and let me know what you think.
