I love making my cookies with oats, it’s healthy and yummy! This white chocolate strawberry oatmeal cookies recipe is one of my best guys, check it out.
1 cup of regular oats.
¼ tsp of salt.
¼ cup of softened butter.
1 large egg.
⅓ cup of premium white chocolate chips.
¾ cup of all purpose flour.
½ tsp of baking soda.
¾ cup of packed brown sugar.
1 tsp of vanilla extract.
¾ cup of coarsely chopped dried strawberries.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda and salt until well combined.
In a stand mixer, place the sugar and butter in the bowl and beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Mix in the vanilla and egg until well combined.
Add in the flour mixture gradually and mix until well combined then stir in the strawberries and chips.
On baking sheets coated with cooking spray, drop the dough by tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart.
In a preheated oven to 350° bake for 12 minutes and let cook completely before serving.
Simple, easy and delicious! My kids don’t like oats so much, but when I use chocolate and strawberries, they don’t really know what they’re eating! Try this, you won’t regret it.
