3 hulled ears of corn.
3 wooden skewers.
¼ cup of melted butter.
½ cup of mayonnaise.
2 cups of cotija cheese.
3 tsps of chilli powder.
First, boil the corn for 5 minutes then push a skewer in the middle of the corns.
Drain the corns from water and brush them with melted butter. Add mayonnaise to all the corns and scoop the cotija cheese evenly on top. The cheese should cover all sides of corns.
Sprinkle some chilli powder on top and Voila!
