My family never gets tired of muffins. I do my best to bring new recipes every time to make them happy! This white chocolate raspberry muffins recipe is a must try! Check it out.
2 cups of Bisquick Mix.
½ cup of white chocolate baking chips.
⅓ cup of granulated sugar.
2/4 cup of milk.
2 tbsps of vegetable oil.
1 cup of raspberries.
Mix all of the ingredients together in a large bowl except the raspberries.
Once well combined, stir in the raspberries and spoon the batter into greased 12 regular size muffin cups.
In a preheated oven to 400° bake for 15 to 18 minutes.
Let cool a bit before removing to a wax rack to cool.
Simple, easy and yummy! I serve these muffins warm and I drizzle some white chocolate over the top once they’re cooled. Give it a shot, you will love it!
