Some mornings, we don’t feel like eating the usual, especially our kids. This baked sausage egg and biscuits is just perfect. I usually make this for breakfast but you can make it whenever you want.
1 can of buttermilk biscuits.
1 lb of JD sausage.
1 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
¾ cup of milk.
Salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven to 425° and grease an 8×8 pan.
In a bowl, crumble the sausage and mix with eggs.
Press the biscuits in the bottom of the pan and pour the egg mixture over it. Top with cheese.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes and let sit before serving.
Easy, peasy and cheesy! I’m sure that your kids will thank you if you serve this for breakfast! Give it a shot, it’s worth it.
